Nowif hav a deeper tin or baking container it eill be much better and cook thru nicely gav a good depth and fluffier outcome.but if you shape it well it shudnt be too thick at centre as it won't cook and if doesn't hav rising support it will not a cook to hav a spongy and soft instead it will be doughy and heavy.do u can see some useful methods in pic e.g. in cookpad to help demonstrate this.

Now don't forget to slit using a butter knife or other,at top of dough and make another design lice side ways lines deep enof and the arrange your pine nuts all along the slits slightly secure them by pressing gently..
