2. Add 2 eggs and vanilla extract mix again then add sifted flour and beat well until all combined well. Place grease proof paper, buttered,in 9” inch baking pan and grease it with butter. Pour batter into baking pan and tap the pan on the kitchen counter a few times this method to help get rid of air bubbles and set aside..

In pot,add 6 cups of water,place wire rack (2-3 inches high),cover and preheat on high flame for 5-10 minutes. cover with foil tin ( if you don’t have foil tin and cover with lid tight then steamed on medium low flame for 40-45 minutes.
